My Summer Reading List

This is a toughie to compose and mostly consists of books I already own but have yet to get to.

So, here are the top 5 books I hope to delve into during the following summer weeks.

1.  Simone Elkeles Perfect Chemistry

I read Wild Cards when it came out as an ARC and LOVED it and have been meaning to try more of her books since.

2. Breaking Point by Kristen Simmons

Seems ages since I read Article 5. Can’t wait to read on in this great dystopian.

3. Oaths of Blood by S.M. Reine

I really enjoyed the first in the Ascension series, and I have quite a few of the following titles. Just been waiting for some spare time to sit and read these ones back to back.

FOURThrough the Ever Night by Veronica Rossi.

Man, I LOVED Perry and Roar. Why haven’t I had time to read on in this series? Who knows, but I plan to rectify that.

5. Brigid Kemmerer’s Sacrifice

Yeah, yeah, so theoretically, it’s not actually out this summer, but it’s no secret that the Elementals series is my favourite YA series to date, and I fully intend to do some begging for an early ARC as I can’t WAIT. I’m equal parts excited AND scared to discover what Ms Kemmerer is going to hit her Merrick Brothers with in this installment.

So, which titles are on your Summer Reading List?

Comment on the post then fill in the entry form for a chance to win my mini-giveaway.

And the prize(s)?

Well, up for grabs, I have two e-copies (=two winners) of Sibel Hodge’s The See-Through Leopard

From International Bestselling and Award Winning Author Sibel HodgeThe See-Through Leopard is an inspirational coming of age novel…

Most sixteen-year-old girls are obsessed with their looks, but Jazz Hooper’s obsessed for a different reason. After a car accident that kills her mum, Jazz is left with severe facial scars and retreats into a dark depression.

Fearing what will happen if Jazz doesn’t recover, her dad makes a drastic decision to move them from England to a game reserve in Kenya for a new start. And when Jazz finds an orphaned leopard cub, it sets off a chain of events that lead her on a two year journey of discovery, healing, and love.

“A percentage of the royalties from the sale of this book will be contributed to Panthera, a leading international conservation organization dedicated to protecting and preserving the world’s big cats, plus other wildlife conservation groups.” — Sibel Hodge, Author

“Compelling, inspiring, magical” — Ruth Harris, New York Times Bestselling Author
